Story

In memory of my amazing cousin Cesca/Emilia Magee, on 8th June I'll be setting off to run from my home in Chester to a campsite in Anglesey, North Wales, a place we spent a lot of time together growing up, and which holds lots of special memories.

I'll be running:

84 miles, or

3 (and a bit) marathons, over

3 days, on

2 stumpy little legs, in memory of

1 incredible human being

My cousin Cesca sadly lost her life aged just 28 years old, in February 2022 to metastatic melanoma (skin cancer). Emilia or Cesca as she was also known had many friends and family and was so loved by all who knew her. She was a miracle baby to start after her Mum was told that herself and her Dad would not be likely to have more children, but on 29th May 1993, they found out they would have a baby in January 1994! They were so delighted when their little miracle was born, and Francesca Magee came along on 18th January 1994 (she later changed her name to Emilia Magee for performance purposes, then became known as Emilia, Millie or Cesca depending on in which capacity you met her)! She had a happy childhood, always a performer. Always studying her love of the art from her LAMDA medals at an early age to her degree in Musical Theatre. She was in so many productions through her life, starting at Valley Theatre Liverpool where she met her friend Matty who became her partner in 2013, to The Empire Theatre Liverpool, where she performed in Legally Blonde, Annie, and Summer Holiday. She was the owner and performer of "The Princess Experience Liverpool" from 2015 where she made little children's dreams come true with her "perfect" Princess Parties. Her voice was beyond exceptional, leaving the "party parents" emotionally in tears with the realistic and professional way she presented herself as the "Princess of Choice". She was a True Crime Vlogger on YouTube, with a new story every Sunday, gaining her many followers and fans. Her stories are still watched by many, she is very sadly missed by the Youtube community too. Unfortunately she had to "temporarily" close down her business until she felt well enough to continue. Devastatingly, for us (her family), her friends and followers, that time never came and Emilia passed away peacefully from cancer, staying at her parent's home where she'd been cared for by partner Matty and her parents. Please help us to prevent another family from going through what we've gone through, and dig deep for cancer and for Emilia/Cesca.

Thank you ❤
