On Saturday 5 July, Alfie and I are taking part in Luton's brightest fundraiser: The Luton Foodbank Colour Run.

I have had the privilege of volunteering to help at the food bank over a few Friday mornings recently and it really is amazing the effort they put in.

I was able to see how much food makes an adult parcel for one week and how much makes child parcel. A small donation of food can really go far.
