1 in every 100 babies in the UK is born with a congenital heart defect. This October, I’m taking on the 1 in 100 Challenge to raise vital funds for early detection, diagnosis, and support for these extraordinary babies and their families. I will be running 100km over the month as part of this challenge.

Tiny Tickers provided invaluable support for our family during a difficult period following our daughter Evie's CHD diagnosis and, in the run up to her surgery. It is amazing to see how far our beautiful Evie has come already in such a short space of time so I want to fundraise for this small but important charity to help them continue their great work.
