Story
On 28 March, I will be joining an ultra-marathon in which only one person finishes! This last person standing style run (laps of just over four miles, starting on the hour, every hour, until one person remains) has captured my imagination and I am looking forward to seeing how far I can go. I'll be aiming to run for 24 hours (equating to 100 miles), and then seeing if I can eke out a few more...

To keep me on track, I'll be raising money for Disability Sports Coach, a charity for which I am a trustee: https://disabilitysportscoach.org.uk/. The charity does some amazing work providing sporting and social opportunities to children and adults with complex needs, including training of organisations to be able to deliver appropriate sessions, and providing job and volunteer opportunities to disabled people. Without the charity (and the support of people like you), these opportunities simply would not exist.
