I’m running in memory of my Grandad and everyone affected by dementia. On 11 October 2026, I’ll be taking part in the ASICS LDNX 10K as part of #TeamARUK ASICS LDNX 2026. Alzheimer’s Research UK is the leading charity in dementia research here in the UK, and together we’re working to revolutionise how dementia is treated, diagnosed, and prevented.
