Myself and Sam are raising money for Mind in Furness to help raise awareness and funds to keep vital mental health services open in our local community ❤️

The event is a 5k festive fun run, taking place on Sunday the 14th of Dececember 🎅🏻

(Yes, we will be dressing up 🤣)

We want to be able to do something fun with our fellow community while also giving back to a good cause. Mental health services are incredibly important right now and need all the help they can get ❤️
