### Support Welsh Mountain Rescue Teams: Cambrian Way Challenge 2024

Hello all, Helo Pawb!

I am excited to announce my upcoming challenge: a self-supported trek across the entire length of Wales via the Cambrian Way, spanning over 480km/298 miles, 22,500m/73,600ft elevation and all major mountain ranges in Wales. I will be embarking on this incredible journey over three weeks, passing through the Brecon Beacons, Cambrian Mountains, Rhinogydd, Carneddau, and Eryri (Snowdonia). I will be tackling 48 mountains in total including the gruelling Crib Goch.

### My Mission

While this is a personal adventure, my primary goal is to raise awareness and funds for the invaluable Welsh mountain rescue teams. These teams are the unsung heroes who provide round-the-clock assistance to anyone in need in the mountains and outdoor spaces of Wales.

Starting from Cardiff and ending in Conwy, I will navigate some of Wales' most challenging and beautiful landscapes, carrying all our supplies and equipment. This journey is not just a test of endurance and resilience but a tribute to the dedication of the mountain rescue teams who make such adventures possible and safe.
