I'm taking part in a 'chilling' plunge into cold water on Saturday 30th March for St Richard's Hospice. The water can be between 9 and 11 degrees at this time of year 🥶

I will be completing this challenge in memory of my wonderful sister Simone, who died from a brain tumour last August, just under 2 years after she was diagnosed. St Richard’s provided exceptional care for Simone and our family during her final weeks of life.
