My daughter Rosie was diagnosed with drug-resistant Epilepsy in December 2022 and has since endured over 500 seizures. Alder Hey Children's Hospital has been instrumental in developing a comprehensive, long-term management strategy tailored to her complex medical needs.

Recognising the daily challenges Rosie and countless other children face, I am committed to supporting the exceptional care provided by this hospital. To give back to Alder Hey, I will be taking on the challenge of running the Manchester Marathon on April 19, 2026. As preparation, I will also participate in the Syd Quirk Half Marathon on November 22, 2025.
