Myself (Sam) and Megan are taking part in a mighty 31-mile walk - Bewdley to Malvern - along the Worcestershire Way, all to support St Richard's Hospice.

Neither of us have ever walked this far before, Sam has walked 12 miles in one day and Megan's walked 24 miles in one day, so we'll definitely be training between now and July.

Douglas the dog will be training with us too, but it's undecided whether he'll be doing the 31 miles on the day... let's see how training goes first 😂
