The Kendal Colour Dash is back, and our only Colour Dash in 2024! Join us for the most colourful 5km of the year! We’re back in the Kirkbie Kendal school grounds for this fun run with a difference

Story

At the start of the year, a discussion about downloading the "Couch to 5K" app turned into a reality.

Myself and Brogan have been diligently heading out 3 times a week and running a bit more each time! To give ourselves a little bit more motivation to keep going, we've decided to run the Kendal Colour Dash this year. Hopefully by May we'll be used to running 5k!

Having experienced first hand the amazing work that St John's Hospice carry out, I would be really appreciative for any sponsorship! Everyone from the charity I met through Mum's illness were incredible in offering not only the best support for Mum, but also for myself.

Thanks in advance! And fingers crossed this absolute non-runner manages 5k!

💕

I am taking part in the 2024 Kendal Colour Dash to raise money for St John's Hospice!

St John's Hospice is a local charity that provides free palliative care to patients with life shortening conditions throughout the South Lakes as well as in North Lancashire and parts of North Yorkshire. It costs over 5 million a year to run the hospice, with only around one third being provided by government funding. The remaining two thirds must be raised through fundraising and donations from supporters and the local community.

Please help me to raise much needed funds for St John's Hospice, every penny raised will allow them to keep providing their expert care.

Thank you 💚
