I feel very grateful to be writing this story at a time in my life when my mental health is good but through close friends and family, I am all too aware of how quickly this could change, leaving lives confused and at times seemingly hopeless.

We are all encouraged to speak up and seek support in times of challenge, but more often than not this can seem an impossible task for someone. However, using the privilege of good mental health we have the chance to offer support through kindness, connection and knowledge. Educating ourselves is a must !
