This year I’m taking on a new challenge as part of a team competing in the Race the Sun Cheddar Gorge in support of Action Medical Research.

In July we’ll set off at sunrise to bike, hike and paddle our way around Cheddar Gorge — racing the sun to reach the finish before it sets. 🌅🚴‍♀️🥾🛶

The event raises money for Action Medical Research, a charity that has spent over 70 years funding vital research to help children affected by serious disease and disability. Their work helps tackle premature birth, supports children living with lifelong conditions, and develops treatments for rare and currently incurable diseases.

Many of you might remember the incredible support you gave me last year when I was raising money for Cancer Research UK by doing 100 squats a day. Your encouragement, messages and donations meant the world to me, and helped make that challenge such a success.
