Whether it’s staying in for a few hours or a few months, Hull NICU is a very special place that cares for premature babies and babies needing intensive care.

Luckily, Harry was only there for a 1 night sleepover but the whole situation was terrifying for us. He received the best care and the facilities for parents to use were a godsend. Sam could stay with Harry for as long as she needed and could use the family support kitchen to make as much tea and toast as she needed.

That night, I vouched to give back to the people and services who saved Harry’s life as a small token of my gratitude.

Myself and Mike (and sometimes Sam and the kids) will be running 5k everyday in November to raise money for the services provided by Hull NICU to ensure the babies and families are well supported.
