Story
I am taking on a challenging 23km hike to raise money for Tidy Butt, a small but mighty mental health charity making a real difference in our community. My journey will take me up and over the Skirrid, across to the Sugarloaf and back again, climbing both peaks along the way as part of Tidy Butt’s Peaky Climbers Challenge.
This cause is deeply personal to me—Tidy Butt supported my husband and me when my father-in-law tragically took his own life in October 2024.
Their work is vital: they provide free, accessible therapy sessions to those struggling with their mental health, with no long waiting lists—most people are seen within just two weeks. They also run community events such as wellness walks, cold water dips and sharing circles.
Every donation will help Tidy Butt continue tackling the mental health crisis and supporting people when they need it most.
