In spirit of my 2025 fitness journey and to do something different

I’m about to do something truly terrifying, but also incredibly exciting – a charity skydive! I’ll be jumping out of a plane at 10,000 feet, and my mission is simple: to raise funds and awareness for a cause that’s very close to my heart.

The charity I’ve chosen to fundraise for is the Great North Air Ambulance Service (GNAAS). This incredible charity provides a life-saving helicopter emergency service, bringing rapid medical care to people who need it the most across the North of England. They save lives every single day, and their work is nothing short of extraordinary.
