Story

This year, a dedicated team of runners from Makewell is coming together to raise funds for YMCA Milton Keynes at the MK Festival of Running on 16th March 2025! Over the past year, Makewell has been working alongside residents and staff, providing support for mental health. The YMCA Milton Keynes plays a crucial role in our community, offering vital services that promote well-being and resilience.

One of our passionate runners is also gearing up to participate in the London Marathon this April, further demonstrating our commitment to this cause. Your donation can make a real difference. Whether you sponsor a runner, make a one-off contribution, or share our campaign with friends and family, every bit of support counts.

For instance, £12 can provide essential toiletries for a young person moving into accommodation. £25 can fund a skills workshop to help with employment and independence. £50 can contribute towards mental health support and well-being activities.

We invite you to join us in making a difference. Our target is to raise £1,000 to support YMCA Milton Keynes.
