After 36 years of working for Manchester City Council I am moving to Oldham Council. It’s a big deal but I’m looking forward.

In lieu of the “secret envelope” where the team collect for a gift for me I want people, if they can, to donate to this worthwhile cause… please give what you can. It’s not easy for some of us, it’s a lot harder for others during this cost of living crisis. Any donations will be gratefully received 🥰🥰

Our vision is for a UK without the need for food banks.

We say this because it’s not right that anyone cannot afford their own food. That’s why we are working towards a just, compassionate future, where no one should have to use a food bank to get by.

Our vision is ambitious, but we know that if we work together it is possible. We can create a future where nobody goes hungry, because nobody will allow it – when we work Together for Change.
