A very poor 38-year-old serving in the Sri Lanka Army (Rajapaksha Arachchi's Samantha Sadaruwan Rajapaksa). I have two children and they are girls. Both go to school. My house is also half finished. Children's education, food and all other expenses are covered by my salary. I have taken a bank loan (1200000.00) to build the house and have completed half of the house work. 22500.00 is paid monthly for that. After completing all payments from my salary, only Rs 25000.00 is left for my children and all other needs. Therefore, it is very difficult for me to complete the rest of the house with that money.
