I'm walking the 21k London Life Hike on the 26th September to help save even more lives across the London.

I'll be raising funds for the London Heart Starters campaign by London Ambulance Charity along the way. This campaigns funds and places life-saving defibrillators in the heart of London communities and then trains the community of how to perform CPR and use a defibrillator.

And of course I will be doing it in the memory of my Dad xxx
