Story
As a challenge and to support Mind this November, I have decided to participate in 30 days of yoga. Yoga has huge benefits for physical and mental well-being, as it improves strength and balance, helps you relax, and even helps to get a better night's sleep - all key ingredients to better well-being.
As someone who has first-hand experience with mental health, both personally and within my role as a paramedic, I thought it was about time that I prioritised my mental health by moving more and fundraising for such a valuable and vital charity like Mind.
