We are committed to doing the FrostBite Challenge through the winter of 2023/24. Sami did the challenge last year (thanks if you sponsored her) and this year, she and Kez are joining forces to take the challenge together.

This means we will both complete 12 wild swims between November 1 2023 and February 28 2024. Sea, River or Lake, skins or wetsuits, staying in for a time that is safe for us as swimmers. We have to complete at least one swim in each calendar month (no cheating and doing them all while the water is still relatively warm!).

Why are we doing this? Not just because cold water swimming is a growing health trend, nor because it's a great mother / daughter bonding experience! We want to support Mind, a mental health charity and the Limpsfield Trust, a charity that supports the summer camps that we are involved in.

Because we want to support two charities, we have two pages - you can donate money where you wish, but we would love it if you could keep it even across the two as they both mean a lot to us.

If you can spare a few quid, it will really make a difference - and it will help us to keep going, especially when we get to the freezing temps of January! Thank you so so much.!
