We’re a team of four friends taking on a marathon this September — not running it (let’s not get carried away), but walking every single mile of it. And while we might not be built for speed, we are absolutely committed to putting one foot in front of the other… all day long.

We’re doing this in support of Hospice in the Weald, a place that means more to us than we can properly put into words. They have cared for some of our most special loved ones in their final moments, with compassion, dignity, and kindness that we will never forget. They’ve also been there for us — guiding, supporting, and helping us through some incredibly difficult times — and they continue to do this for so many families every single day.

So this is our way of giving something back.

We’ll be swapping comfort for blisters, ‘me time’ for long training walks, and probably questioning our life choices somewhere around mile 18. We’re not seasoned athletes — unless you count sprinting after kids or speed-walking through the supermarket — but we’re determined to complete this challenge together.

Every donation, no matter the size, will help Hospice in the Weald continue their incredible work — supporting patients and families when they need it most.
