On 14/08/2019, we lost the most beautiful soul in our lives our beloved father Muhammad Javid Awan. My father was the most loving, caring, & supportive individual anyone could ask for. My fathers presence radiated generosity, sincerity & kindness. Our father had a smile so warm & infectious that even those carrying heavy burdens would find themselves sharing in his joy.

They say a daughter opens the doors of paradise for her father, but for us, Baba, you were the door that guided us toward Jannah. You were our paradise & the greatest blessing in our lives. We are forever grateful that God blessed us with someone as precious as you, Baba.

Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said: When a man dies, his deeds come to an end except for 3 things: Sadaqah jariyah, Knowledge which is beneficial or a Righteous descendant who prays for him (the deceased).” (Sahih Muslim).

Therefore we would like to do Sadaqah Jariyah (Charity) in our beloved fathers name, Muhammad Javid Awan. Charity wipes out sins like water extinguishers fire. Prophet Muhammad ﷺ was asked “Which charity is best?” He replied, “[Providing] water”. [Abu Dawud].
