Story
From April 17th to April 25th 2027, I’ll be joining a team of Julia’s House supporters to take on a challenging five-day trek along the breath taking Great Wall of China. We’ll be hiking across rugged hills and walking for hours each day - it’s going to be a huge challenge, both physically and mentally!
But every step will be worth it, because I’m doing it for the children and families cared for by Julia’s House, my local children’s hospice. Julia's House aims to improve the quality of life of children who most need it. The hospice provides specialist care for children living with life-limiting and complex conditions, helping them and their families make magical moments and lasting memories together.
The amazing nurses and carers at Julia’s House bring expert clinical care, fun, laughter and compassion into the lives of the children they support. They also give exhausted parents a vital lifeline, with the chance to take a break, rest and recharge, knowing their child is in safe, caring hands.
Below are some pictures of the things donations have brought to Julia's House Hospice in Devizes. Every little bit helps improve the quality of life for every child that the hospice supports. Please support my challenge if you can and help Julia’s House be there for families when they are in need.
