I am taking part in Walk Wales with James Hook virtual challenge.

I will be walking 60 miles through June to support Wales Air Ambulance Charity.

In December we sadly lost our dear Gramps to a heart attack. While it wasn't the outcome we hoped, thanks to the work of the Wales air ambulance we were able to come together as a family to say our goodbyes. We will forever be grateful to them.

Every year they need to raise £11.2m to keep the helicopters in the sky and rapid response vehicles on the road. The teams onboard, deliver advance critical care to patients across Wales 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
