I plan to participate in triathlons this year including an Ultra Triathlon during Q4. In May, I will be participating in the “Sprint Triathlon” to begin my Triathlon journey and hope to increase distances in each event.

All of these events are are raising funds for a mental health charity called Beyond. All funds go towards supporting the UK youth systems where there is a prevalent mental health crisis.

In a world filled with the toxic aspects of social media, social peer pressures, intense online and offline bullying, widespread loneliness filled with silence and a lack of resources, the cause does so much to help combat these real world problems in society.
