While I may be on maternity leave from being SUDEP Action’s CEO, that won’t stop me from taking part in SUDEP Action's 30 for 30 challenge this September, to celebrate 30 years of the charity!

My 6-month old daughter Gracie and I (& our 14 year old Patterdale Terrier Reg!) will be doing 30 different 30-minute walks for 30 days around the local area and beyond. Fingers crossed the weather stays nice a while longer! 🤞🏻

Why am I getting involved?

This year marks the 30th anniversary of SUDEP Action—a milestone made possible only through the kindness and generosity of supporters like you. For three decades, we have been working to prevent epilepsy-related deaths and support those bereaved by epilepsy, and your donation helps ensure that we can continue this work for another 30 years and beyond.
