Story
560km - 10 days - 1 purpose
To help as many children as possible.
Hi, I’m Sam, and in May next year I’m taking on the biggest challenge of my life.
I’ll be running the entire length of Ireland in just 10 days, becoming one of the youngest people to ever complete the route.
That’s pretty much an ultramarathon every single day for 10 days straight.
I’m running for Molly Ollys Wishes, a charity that supports children with life-threatening and life-limiting conditions by giving them moments of hope when they need it most.
My goal is simple but ambitious:
to raise enough money to help over 100 children.
But I can’t do that alone, I need your help.
The charity has seen a huge rise in the number of wishes it has been asked to fulfil. That shows how important this charity is… but also how much support it still desperately needs.
These families go through things no child should ever have to face.
We can’t change their diagnosis, but we can change their day, their mindset, and their moments.
Molly Ollys provides therapeutic toys, books, memory-making experiences and emotional support that help children understand what’s happening to their bodies so they never feel like they’re facing it alone.
As an ambassador for Molly Ollys, I’ve seen first-hand the reality of what these children and families go through. I’ve seen the strength, the fear, the bravery, and the power that a single wish, a single smile, or a single moment of hope can bring.
That’s why this run matters so much.
If you can donate, no matter how big or small, you’ll be part of something that genuinely changes lives.
Thank you for being here, for believing in this, and for helping me make every step count.
