I am raising money to create awareness for the atigma around mens mental health and to show people there really is a way out of been rundown. I am the stepfather to two lovely boys who unfortunately lost their father to suicide, i feel in doing this i am showing the support that could never be given in that situation. I am also struggling with mental health myself but am on the upside of the battle and feel the sense of accomplishment might just be the last kick up the bum i need. I also lost a good friend to suicide in 2019 at the young age of 20, michael was a diamond in the earth and this really opened up my eyes to the big bad world we live in. In doing this, i want to remind people of michael and josh and the memories that surround them but also it is crucial that we let people know they are not alone!! Im here, andys man club is here, there are ears that will listen forever and a day.
