In April 2025, I’ll be running the Brighton 10k to raise funds for Fabrica’s creative mental health projects, which are a lifeline for so many people across Brighton & Hove and Sussex. As a resident of B&H I can see how important Fabrica’s work is towards helping to reduce isolation, develop resilience, and ease the pressure on health services.
