Hi everyone,

In case you haven’t heard from myself already but I am planning to run the Barcelona Marathon on March 10th 2024!

I will be running in honour of a great friend, Paul Jameson. Paul was diagnosed with MND back in 2017 and he has been the main reason why I have wanted to raise money to support the charity for many years. Paul’s incredibly inspiring outlook on life since being diagnosed and everything the Jameson’s have done to raise money for the charity, have made me want to do my bit. 

The MND Association focusses on improving access to care, research and campaigning for those people living with or affected by MND in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. 

By sponsoring me your money will help people affected by Motor Neurone Disease. Once you donate, JustGiving will send your money directly to the MND Association.

For those that know me well, know that 5 k was an afterthought about a month ago but I assure you I have never been so motivated to run a sub 4 and raise money for this amazing charity in honour of an incredible person.
