Jeff and I are setting off on a Kayaking challenge starting on 23rd July in Lechlade in Gloucestershire and finishing on 30th July at the Thames Barrier in London. We will be travelling in one kayak approximately 160 miles over the 8 days. Jeff is raising money for the Alzheimer's Society and I am raising money for the Stroke Association.

When stroke strikes, part of your brain shuts down. And so does a part of you. Life changes instantly and recovery is tough. But the brain can adapt.
