I am fortunate enough to own and run a small childcare setting and we have the most AMAZING families and children in our care.

In October 2024 one of our amazing Little Explorer dad's became poorly and was subsequently cared for at home by Pendleside Hospice before he sadly passed away not even 48hours after marrying his wife Amelia. I've had the pleasure of caring for Noah their two year old son throughout the nightmare and I have been bowled over by the strength of both of his parents. I feel so inspired and passionate about supporting Amelia to raise as much money as possible to support a charity whom supports so many local families at their most vulnerable time.

Pendleside Hospice has a very special place in my families heart for a number of reasons and this year has just solidified why I am so passionate about my fundraising efforts for them💖

Because of this I have decide to support Amelia in her amazing efforts to fundraise. We will be completing the Great Iceland Trek in October 2025. We will hike the Volcanic Country of Iceland, trekking around 40km of rough terrain over the course of 3 days. Taking us up to Gelgingaldir (the youngest volcano) and neighbouring Fagradaslsfjall. Before exploring the Mount Hengill heritage site, scaling the impressive Vörðuskeggi Peak, and trekking along the fault lines between Europe and America 🏔
