Cardiac Risk in the Young Verified by JustGiving
RCN 1050845 (England & Wales), SC052581 (Scotland)
Each week at least twelve young people in the UK die suddenly as a result of undiagnosed heart conditions. At Cardiac Risk In the Young we aim to save young lives & to help those affected by young sudden cardiac death (YSCD). We do this by providing support, information & screening those affected.

Story

On Sunday 28th June 2026, myself and my family will be taking part in the ‘Heart of London Bridges’ walk to remember Sukhwinder Singh Digpal.

In 2011, my cherished uncle, Sukhwinder, passed away due to ‘Sudden Adult Death’ Syndrome, and his memory continues to be treasured by our family.

“As Sukhwinder’s niece, I would describe my uncle as truly one of a kind. He was an exceptionally loving, warm-hearted, and compassionate person. He held a deep and unwavering love for our family and was always ready to offer his support to anyone in need. His kindness, generosity, and caring nature left a lasting impression on all who knew him, and he will forever be remembered with great love and affection. Forever in my heart”.

By supporting CRY, you will help save young lives from potentially fatal cardiac conditions. This cause is very important to myself and my family, and your support would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your kindness and support.
