Every three minutes in the UK, someone develops dementia and the diagnosis can be devastating for the whole family. Many struggle to know where to turn, and are left feeling exhausted, overwhelmed and alone.

By the end of a two-hour stream, 40 people will have developed dementia and thats why we need your help.
