Story
The Big Bake for Brain Tumour Awareness is back and I would be really grateful if you could help me to accelerate cures for brain tumours by raising some funds.
On Sunday 26th April we will be holding a Big Bake Cafe afternoon from 2 till 4 at St Gabriel’s Church, with drinks, lots of homemade cakes and entertainment. If you are local please come along and join us!
Every penny we raise will help us to move further and faster for everyone affected by a brain tumour.
If you’re not local, you can still help by donating on my Justgiving page.
As most of you will know, I was diagnosed with a brain tumour in August last year and am now, thanks to the brilliant care I received at Salford Royal hospital, well on the way to recovery.
Unfortunately every day in the UK, 34 people receive a devastating brain tumour diagnosis - and some are not as lucky as I have been. Despite the incredible advances in medicine, the treatment, care and support for brain tumours has not yet progressed as much as it could.
If you can, please help me to change this - every penny we raise together will help to fund pioneering research and life-changing support services in the diagnosis and treatment of brain tumours.
Thank you so much ❤️
