I'm hosting a 'Time for Tea' event on 14th August at the St Laurence Rooms, Winslow, Bucks, to help raise vital funds for Parkinson's research in Cure Parkinson's 20th year.

We will be serving delicious homemade cakes and tea, between 3:00-4:30pm, with a few stalls for you to enjoy, including books, tombola, raffle and a hand massage.

Over the past few years I have been happily leading exercise classes for people with Parkinson's. I am amazed and inspired every week by the commitment, determination, positivity and humour of everyone who comes to work out with me.

It is in support and admiration of these lovely people, their families, our larger Parkinson's community, and in memory of the friends and class members we have lost, that I am holding this fundraiser.

Please help us to improve the lives of people with Parkinson's.
