Story
On 4th July I’m walking the Peak District 50k Ultra Challenge in memory of my beloved nephew, Leonardo Sousa.
Two years ago we lost Leo, aged just 16 months. Losing him was heartbreaking, and it’s even harder knowing his passing is still unexplained.
Leo is never forgotten. He’ll be with us every step of the 50k, just like he was when I ran the Great North Run last year.
SUDC UK has been there for my family and in particular for his parents who I adore. SUDC affects around 40 children aged 1-18 every year in the UK—kids who go to sleep healthy and never wake up. The charity raises awareness, funds vital research, and supports people facing this unimaginable loss.
I’m proud to support SUDC UK and want to help raise awareness and stand with other parents going through something similar.
Any donation helps them keep supporting families and funding research for answers.
Thank you for helping me honour Leo and make a difference for others.
