Story

Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On October 8th 2023, I'll be taking on the challenge of running the Royal Parks Half Marathon with a goal of raising £2,500 to support Frontline - England’s largest social work charity.

Everything Frontline does is to make life better for the 700,000 children in England who need a social worker each year. Frontline helps keep these children safe from harm and give them every possible chance to achieve their full potential.

This is my first ever fundraiser, and those that know me well, will know I hate to make wide public requests for support like this. That's why in return I'm putting myself through the pain of running 21km. I've never done that distance in one go. Put me on a football pitch and I could probably cover it, but plain running will be torture for me! But this is an important cause that needs our support.

Your support would mean so much to me and would help make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable children across England. Please donate what you can - together we can make a difference!
