💛 Abseiling for CHAS – In memory of Christian 💛

Over two years ago, we lost our beautiful Christian.

But this page is not about loss… It’s about everything that was given to us during one of the most difficult times of our lives.

CHAS (Children’s Hospices Across Scotland) didn’t just care for Christian…they cared for all of us.

They brought calm into chaos.

They brought warmth into moments that felt impossible.

They gave our family space to breathe, to be together, and to feel supported every step of the way.

And when I was going through treatment for breast cancer, they were still there… quietly holding the whole family, just as they always have.

Even now, they continue to support us through bereavement.

That kind of care, you don’t forget.

And you can’t help but feel deeply grateful for it.

So this time, we’re doing something a little outside our comfort zone…

Santiago and I will be abseiling together to raise funds for CHAS.

(And if I’m honest… heights are not exactly our favourite thing 😅)

Not because we have to.

But because we want to give something back.

Because families like ours shouldn’t have to go through these moments alone.

And thanks to CHAS… they don’t have to.
