Join me EVERY TUESDAY MORNING THROUGHOUT MARCH AND APRIL AT 7:15am-8:15am (UK time) for an online yoga class on Zoom.

We will be practicing VINYASA FLOW - SUITABLE FOR EVERYONE OF ALL LEVELS, INCLUDING COMPLETE BEGINNERS!

You can join from anywhere in the world! All you need is a mat and a device to access Zoom - you are welcome to keep your camera off and mic on mute for the whole session if you prefer. :)

As payment for the class, please donate whatever you can to help this incredible cause.

Suggested donation amounts are below but please feel free to give less or more as it suits you. Even £1 makes a difference.

Intense conflict in Ukraine is threatening the lives and livelihoods of civilians across the country, causing millions to flee. Homes have been destroyed. Essential services have been hit. Families have been separated. People have been injured. Lives have been lost.

DEC charities and their local partners are in Ukraine and across the border in the neighbouring countries. They are working to meet the immediate needs of all people fleeing with food, water, medical assistance, protection and trauma care.
