I will be participating in my first ever triathlon next weekend and raising funds for Restless Development!

Restless Development is a global charity that supports young people to lead change in their communities and globally. It focuses on youth-led development, providing training and resources to empower young people to tackle issues like climate change, gender inequality, and unemployment.

They are a leading international development charity that works with young people across Africa and Asia to make lasting change in their communities and countries. They have trained, inspired and helped more than seven million young people by giving them a voice, employment skills, health education, and helping them to become leaders in preventing and solving the world’s challenges.
