The team at Sapphire are once again tackling the Yorkshire 3 Peaks challenge for the charity Mind!

Mind is our elected charity as they are at the forefront of breaking down the taboos surrounding mental health and are helping us to feel more comfortable in opening up about these issues to those close to us.

Mental health is something that, directly or indirectly, will likely effect us all over the course of our lives and we believe that everyone should be able to receive the help and support they deserve.
