What a week! To my dear trusted friends, you all know I had two milestones in May, in the one week. Court to determine if I could return to Ireland, and secondly, RideLondon 100mi. One served to distract me from the other :)

On 28 May I am cycling Ride London, 100mi. I will cycle my bike and backside by Buckingham Palace, across London, up into Essex and back into London with the finish line at Tower Bridge.

I have been 'stuck' in the UK (yes, it's an actual term). There are worse places to be 'stuck' and England has been a lovely home. But women are stuck in far from ideal places and situations, where they don't speak the language, where they haven't got a job and where they are really suffering.

GlobalARRK helped me. Time, effort and emotional support was provided at no charge by these amazing people who helped me understand all sides of the situation I found myself in. This charity helps others far worse off than me - women legally stuck, women trapped in court cases without their kids, and so I would like to support them back.

I'm lucky, I have a job and a great employer who has supported me. Not everyone is so fortunate.

I am so private about what I do that I didn't want to fundraise publicly, but if you'd like to support his cause then please do :) My amazing employer Experian will match this and it all goes direct to the charity, GlobalARRK.

I won my Court Case and I completed Ride London :D
