Myself & Jayne are Paediatric Epilepsy Nurse Specialists who work at Arrowe Park Hospital.

We are going to be cycling for an hour outside the main entrance of the hospital on 8th March 23.

Time for us to get fit and raise money for the hospital charity at the same time :)
