Spring into March, 1 March 2023
Spring into March is back for 2023! Again, we are encouraging our wonderful community of supporters to get active, move your way, every day for 31 days in March and raise money to help support people affected by PKD.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

About 70,000 adults and children in the UK may have Polycystic Kidney Disease or PKD - life-threatening, inherited conditions that can cause renal failure, and affect other organs in the body. PKD Charity support those affected, their families and carers. They raise awareness and fund research. Any amount raised will really make a difference to their work.

Staying physically active as well as having a healthy diet are two key pillars in slowing down PKD progression. So this March I will "Spring into March" and be active everyday of the month. I will walk, run, cycle, do pilates, yoga... everyday for 31 days.

It would mean a lot to me if you could donate through my JustGiving page. The money you donate will go directly to the PKD charity who not only fund vital research but also support people with PKD and their families. Your money will trully make a difference to many people's life.

You could also join me in my activities; moving your body is a great way to stay physically and mentally healthy.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
