Those that know me will know I do like a little challange every now and again! So this year I decided to sign up for the Cardiff half marathon!

I started running in May this year and could barely run a few hundred meters without stopping. But with some help from my friends and a weekly running group I am getting there!

I am raising money for Barnados so if you could spare a pound or two it will all help to raise my target of £225 for this great charity!
