Just under sixteen years ago, our lives changed forever. Kian was born needing lifesaving surgery. During the scariest six weeks of our lives, we didn't have to worry about where to sleep, shower, or eat.

The Ronald McDonald's House in Birmingham became our sanctuary.

Staying just moments away from his hospital bedside made a massive difference to our family. It kept us together when we needed it most.

In 2027, our family hits two incredible milestones: Kian turns 16, and I turn 50.

To celebrate his health, mark my big birthday, and give back to the charity that carried us through some of our darkest days, I am taking on the historic 2027 TCS London Marathon.

My goal is to raise £2,500 for Ronald McDonald House Charities.
