Cycling from London to Brighton isn’t just an epic adventure—it’s an opportunity to make a difference. By participating in this iconic ride, I will be supporting refugees and displaced families.

The UN Refugee Agency works to ensure that everybody has the right to seek asylum and find safe refuge, having fled violence, persecution or war at home.

This is a cycle that I would historically have completed for fun. I've previously cycled from Cambodia to Vietnam for charity. However, having recently suffered a lower back disc injury, I've been unable to exercise for months, and I expect this will be just as challenging for me.
